A. Nuuberry ships from our trusted warehouses and supplier partners in Canada, the US, and internationally. Depending on what you order, your items may arrive in separate packages since different partners specialize in different essentials.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. You’ll usually receive your tracking number within 3–8 business days after placing your order.

Q. Where is Nuuberry based?

A. Nuuberry is proudly based in Canada, with fulfillment support from partner warehouses in the US and abroad.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. All orders are processed in USD or CAD (depending on your location). While your cart may show prices in other currencies, final checkout is processed in USD/CAD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may already be in preparation for shipping and cannot be modified or canceled.

Q. Will I have to pay customs or taxes?

A. Most orders to the US and Canada will not incur additional customs fees. However, in rare cases, international shipments may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
